Last night I ate an egg which I believe gave me food poisoning. After aches in my stomach, hot sweat and then cold shivering, I finally threw up. At the same time I felt that I was constipated but after sitting for a while finally a blast of relief-but horrible smell. this morning not feeling so great and careful not to eat anything, still stomach feels a bit queasy. When trying to go to the bathroom a bit of blood has been coming out, on the slimy side. Did I burst something while vomiting ? I am normally very very healthy so i'm worried. What should I do? I don't have a doctor since Im always healthy and have never been to a hospital. Thanking you in advance for your advice
