My daughter was on a trampoline last nigt and ended up accidently with a foot to the face, it hurt at the time but is ok now although hurts when touched on her cheek and above the eye, vision is fine and she can move her head and jaw without a problem. It is also swollen in those areas a bit too,Do I need to see the gp or just give ibrufen and ice?
Hi choc,
Thanks for writing in to Healthcare Magic!
It is simple impact related trauma due to getting hit with foot.
If there is no break in the skin, no pain in the neck and no problem with the vision then you do not need to go to GP. Just continue the pain killer for 2more days, she will recover fully.
If you have any further query please let me know I would try to answer it for you.
Wish you a great health!
