Fractured Wrist, In Fiberglass Cast. What Methods To Take For Effective Healing?

I have a fractured wrist , im in a fiberglass cast, and ive been forgeting to take good care of it, i really meantbto though!! I was wondering how to heal better ; ive been ; pickingbthings up with my bad wrist, eating junk food, not keeping it elevated , banging it, and not getting good sleep. Please tell me how to take REALLY good care of it, to help healing?

Thanks for posting your query

For healing of a fracture immobilization should be proper.

You had a wrist fracture & fiberglass cast was applied which is light weight & gives good immobilization.

You should elevate your limb, because if it is hanging down chances of swelling increases.
