Frequent Urination, Headaches. Need Medical Attention?
I have urinated 4 times today and honestly I usually only go 3 times in a day. I stay thirsty and I tend to get headaches easy. I even had one headache that was so bad it woke me up in the middle of the night. Majority of the time my headaches are around my left eye and timple. Am I just being a worry wart or is it something I should schedule a doctors appointment about?
If you have fever, increased frequency of urination or burning urination, it is most likely to be a urinary tract infection.
If it is just headache (unilateral and throbbing)around your temple area with nausea / vomiting, it is most likely a migraine.
If you feel thirsty, inspite of drinking enough water, we have to rule out diabetes.
The first think to do is make sure you drink at least 8- 10 glasses of water a day. Water helps.... one solution to many problems. It helps in both headache due to dehydration, and urinary tract infection.
For symptomatic relief from headache , you can take a tylenol.
You haven't mentioned your age. However, it would be a good idea to check your blood sugar levels.
Get well soon :)
