Frequent Urination, Painful, Smelly, Have Reaction To Husbands Semen. Does Husbands Smegma Cause UTI To Wife?

My wife exhibits the followiing symptoms after sex. frequent urinations, painful urination, smell but no discharge. I am not cut, does that mean I am exposing her to UTIs. Does my Smegma cause UTI in her? She has frequently claimed she is reacts badly to semen? We were recently treated for UTI and we are now free of the bacteria. Though I clean my foreskin once a day, this condition recurred. Is it true she might be allergic to semen??

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
In my opinion this type of symptoms may be due to .
1 Reaction of semen as your wife is complaining .Semen is a very powerful buffer due to the presence of a large amount of protein. Inflammatory conditions of accessory sex organs would alter the pH of semen.
Accessory organs means seminiferous tubules , prostate, testis, urethra.
As you stated that you both developed urine infection so many times . This may alter the pH of semen , hence may be reacting.
2 Vaginal infection, diagnosis can be confirmed by swab examination from vagina . Culture and drug sensitivity test will confirm type of bacteria or other pathogens.
3 Cervicitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination as well pap smear test.
In my opinion consult a gynecologist and get his opinion after all above mentioned tests.
