Frequent Vomiting In Morning With Middle GI Pain, Diarrhea, Light-headed Episodes

My son has frequent vomiting in the morning - 16 yrs old. He also has middle GI pain, diarrhea, generalized nausea, light-headed episodes. He has undergone colonoscopy, endoscopy, a myriad of fecal tests, gallbladder tests, all have been found normal (for which I'm grateful) however, he is still having the problem. It is not always bad but will be very bad for a few days, then he's better, then it's back. We've taken dairy out of his diet, it seems to help some. What else can we do?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, history of morning time vomiting is due to hyperacidity and it is the most common symptoms seen in youngsters, I would be suggest to try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and domperidone 20 mg once in day at evening time avoid taking heavy food prior to bed, avoid cream, chocolate, prior to bed above suggested medicine should be continued for at least couple of weeks hope this information helps.
