Frozen Foot From Toe To Ankle, Imbalance, Severe Pains. Relief Measure?

Hello im wondering if you can help.. 6 days ago i walked to work it was very cold outside.. On my right foot goig from little toe all way down to near my ankle is ice cold and if i try to walk if collaspes and wondering what it could be i have pains only when walking please get back to me on YYYY@YYYY Thanks
