Facing severe headache and neck pain along with the symptoms of feeling dizzy or 'unconscious' may indicate a serious neurological disorder. It may not be a sign of any mental illness.
Once a neurologist effectively rules out any neurological illness and if you think that these symptoms are related to stress in your home or workplace, you may consult a psychiatrist.
