Nipple discharge can be of various types.Greenish nipple discharge could be due to infection,duct ectsia,cyst etc.You should be a surgeon and get examined.You will need a mammogram and maybe a ductogram.This not related to menopause directly.The frquent menses however,can be due to peri menopause.
