Getting Elevated Heart Rate In The Mornings. Short Of Breath After Walking. Tests On Lungs Normal. What Could Be Wrong?
i can wake up in mornings my heart beats 120. when walking it speeds up and i get short of breath. climbing stairs or any incline i cant do it without being short of breath. people notice that i breath hard when walking. ive had test ran on lungs and its normal. but dr say heart is beating to fast but normal. i dont understand what im suppose to do.
