Getting Headaches On The Morning. Could This Be Due To Altered Sugar Levels?

I have been waking up every morning in the past week with a headache...or shall I say the headache wakes me up. It is like clockwork and starts around 5am. Sometimes its mild and sometimes it is intense. I thought it might be a sugar issue but I have had very little sugar in the past 4 days. It lasts for a good part of the morning and then subsides as the day goes on. What is happening?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query
There are many causes of headache like brain infection/tumour/migraine etc.. Headache may due to sugar fluctuations too, but you need to be examined to exclude the secondary causes of headache as it is not so common to see. Please consult a local neurologist and get evaluated

Best wishes
