Getting Tired Easily. Tests Borderline High. What Does The Result Indicate?

Hi, I have just received my health screening and few tests are borderline high. However my doctor still cannot determine what is wrong, and told me to watch my diet and told me to come back 1 month later to retest those tests.
Following are those borderline high:
- Total Cholesterol 209
- LDL Cholesterol 137
- SGPT/ALT 51
- SGOT/AST 35
- Free T4 19.77
- Monocytes 12.9
- Eosinophil 10.5
- Blood pressure 140/90 when do the blood taking and 130/85 when i take the result.
For information, the night before i am taking the test, I sleep quite late at 2 am and wake up 6:30 am. I am 48 years old, and easily getting tired nowadays.
Could the respectable doctors here suggest what possibly wrong? Is it the thyroid problem? Or only high cholesterol and high blood pressure?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I have gone through your available information, your blood pressure is little bit on higher side desirable is 130/80 mm of hg.
Your total cholesterol and LDL are high desirable level of LDL is 100 mg/dl.
Other tests are within normal limits.'Your liver enzymes are marginally raised.
Please take care of lifestyle changes as suggested by treating doctor like take less salt Take low fats in diet they should give 30% of total calories and saturated fats must be If by chance you take alcohol or smoke please stop bot as they are not good you know.
Please take up regular exercise and if required some vitamin supplements hope this will help.
Repeat Lipid profile after 1 month and see if it improves if required statin may be given by your treating doctor.

Please take care
Good Luck
