Got Drunk And Had Runs And Threw Up, Lower Abdomen And Anal Hole Hurts. How Long Will It Last ?

Last night i got drunk and had runs and throw up. Then had to poop aging and had runs then a really hard poop. I pushed and was throwing up at same time. But when i got done my lower abdomen hurt just under my belly botton so bad and my ass hole dose to it hurts to sit,walk,and lay down why is this and how long will it last?

The pain in the perianal region could be because of the hard stool. There could be a tear in the perianal region. A physical examination by your doctor will help.
Try to increase your intake of fruits and vegetables. Have plenty of water. Try to correct the constipation. Some times local anaesthetic gels may be required as prescribed by your doctor.
