Got Hard Bruise And Has A Knot With Shooting Pain. Cause?
I recently got a bruise for no reason have happened in the past but not recently .. n this time I know there was nothing that happened that could cause this bruise this time but the bruise has a knot n kind of hard that how I actually found the bruise now I have a weird type shooting thumping pain in the area that kind of goes down my leg

From history it seems that you might be having varicose vein in your leg giving rise to some vascular blockage in the leg.
There might be having some deep vein thrombosis as well.
Consult vascular surgeon and get examined.
Color Doppler might be helpful.
