Got Hit On Stomach. Suffering From Erectile Dysfunction, Loose Motion And Stomach Discomfort. What To Do?
Sir, i have a problem from the past 5 years .this all happened after a guy hit me on stomach .later,i had pain,so i went to a gastroentrologist and had endoscopy .everything was fine.but the problem is ,about after 10 -12 days after a masturbation,it starts paining in my abdomen .then the sperm comes out while i pressurise for shitting .if it doesnt happen this way,then the sperm comes out during night sleep automatically.stomach belches out.also,whenever i take food,heavy expelsion of gases from stomach normally through mouth takes place.even though i dont want to masterbate,the situation prompts me to do it every 10 or 12 days or the sperm comes out itself.often i have discomft i nstomach with a feeling of food coming till the throat .when the condition is worse,i get loose motions too.what can i do doctor?please advise me .this is my situation.

You had a hit on abdomen,You are getting pain after masturbation. Sperm comes out during sleep, or pressurise for shitting, There is belching , and loose motions as well.
It all depends upon the age, getting sperm in the sleep, ( nocturnal emission) oozing of sperm while defecation, pain after masturbation are all common in teen age group. Nothing to worry and no treatment needed.
Belching and occasional motions are to be considered, If you stop thinking of adult hood, you will be relieved of sperm problem and stomach problem as well.
If you are not relieved of the stomach disturbance consult a gastor enterologist for diagnosis an treatment. You may need to have gastroscopy besides other routine tests for confirmation.

Hi ! You had a trauma in the stomach about 5 years back. The present pain, belching, gaseous distension and the food coming till the throat does not seem related to the trauma of 5 years old. Rather this seems to due the gastro esophageal reflux due to hyperacidity or eosophageal motility disorder, which may or may not be associated with a hiatal hernia. For this you can again get reviewed by a gastro enterologist who may advise you drugs like antacids, proton pump inhibitors and prokinetics, and also get your stool tested for ova/cyst. Apart from that he may suggest you for an ultrasound abdomen, and review endoscopy of stomach if need be. This may also be related to the stress factor which you might be having due the erectile dysfunction you have mentioned.
Well ! The problem of sperm coming out in the night by itself every 10 to 12 days may be a normal occurence if you are not sexually active or do not masturbate. Even seminal fluid coming out while straining for stool could be a normal occurrence. There is nothing abnormal in it. So do not take stess which may be responsible for your erectile dysfunction if it is there.
The loose motions you get may be a coincidental occurrence of food poisoning which needs to be taken care of by your family physician.
