The common cold is due to virus.
At times, it is followed by bacterial infection - like Sinusitis, Pneumonia and so on.
Occasionally it can induce Asthmatic Bronchitis.
You may be suffering from sinusitis and bronchitis - it is impossible to decide unless you are examined by a doctor - may be you need investigation. See your GP - he can assess and assist.
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
