Got Second Uvula In The Throat, Sore Throat. What Could This Be?

Just the other day I noticed there is what looks like a second uvula hanging next to my actual uvula. It is a tear drop shape and about the size of my uvula hanging from a much thinner cord. It isnt painful but my throat has felt a bit different as if I had a sore throat but my throat isnt sore at all. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Thanks for using health care magic. I read your query and I believe the uvula is elongated and that is causing little disturbed feeling. there is nothing to worry about. it will settle down by itself.
If still in doubt, please feel free to see a doctor. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more queries.
With best wishes for a speedy cure
