Got Wisdom Tooth Removed, Swollen Throat, Painful. What Kind Of Medicine Should Be Given To Reduce Swelling?

My daughter had 2 wisdom teeth removed 2 days ago. Her throat or lymph glands are very swollen and causing pain. Pharmacist suggested she has an infection. I am giving her 800 mg of ibuprofen and that is helping the pain but swelling not getting any better. Is there anything i can give her (antibiotic alternative) until I can get her into DR tomorrow
