hello and welcome to HCM forum asmat,
i would like to inform you that according to the dental history provided by you you have periodontitis, it is a a condition where you gums as well as tissue that holds your tooth in place is infected and inflamed and in order to treat this condition you need to take care of your oral hygiene very well.
brush your teeth with a soft bristle brush,
rinse your mouth after every meal,
get your teeth cleaned every 6 months,
visit your dentist for regular check -ups,
and massage your gums with your finger everyday for a minute.
also, ask your dentist to prescribe vitamin c and B12 supplements.
i wish you good health.

Dear Asmat

If your dentist has told you have periodontitis, then you need to take treatment before its too late. Bleeding is one of the first signs of gingival (gum ) disease. If you say it bleeds even without touching then the inflammation may be severe. You need to get scaling(cleaning) done and further periodontal treatment will be required. Get an X-ray(OPG) done by a dentist and a periodontist will be able to assess the severity of your condition and will advice required treatment. Periodontitis is generally painless (there may be just a dull pain ) and you may not notice the changes that are taking place in the gums till it becomes very severe, so please don't neglect. Get the treatment done at the earliest. Dentist may advice some more investigations,( like blood test) before going ahead with treatment.
Wish you speedy recovery

Hi Asmat,
Periodontitis means infection in gums which results in bleeding as well as bad breath.
You need to get cleaning of your teeth done ie: scaling and polishing, to reduce and even eliminate the infection. after cleaning you should use a good chlohexidine mouthwash to maintain your oral hygiene. If you do not get scaling done then the tartar will increase further deteriorating your condition. i would strongly recommend you to go to your dentist and get the treatment done before it further progresses.

Hi,
After reading your problem, i understand that you have periodontitis(inflamation of gum tissue including bone) See, the main reason of bleeding from gums is periodontitis.I would strongly advice you to visit your dentist for oral prophylaxis. And also do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day. You can use mouthwash also for maintaining good oral hygiene.
HAVE A NICE DAY... TAKE CARE
