Had MRI Of Knees. What Are The Findings And Treatment Option?

MRI RESULTS OF L KNEE: myxoid change to posterior horn on medial meniscus & myxoid change to anterior horn on lateral meniscus. Multiple focal areas of bone infarcts are present in distal femur, proximal tibia and proximal fibula. Moderately severe medial compartment articular cartilage narrowing with associated degenerative articular sclerosis, osteoohyte formation and sub cortical cystic change. Mild lateral compartment cartilage narrowing. Grade 3 chondrimalacial patellar. Moderate joint infusion and mild generalized subcutaneous edema. Treatment options? Surgeries 2010 & 2013 dehabillitating pain low quality of life.

The MRI reports is suggestive of degenerated changes of knee joint, if you have knee joint pain since log time, and not responding to analgesic, and you are above 40 years, over weight then this type of MRI report is most likely, have orthopedic opinion, good luck.
