Had A Holter Monitor Test. P_R Interval Normal. No Atrial Ectopy Noted. Were Frequent PVC S. Diagnosed With Lown Class II Ventricular Dyshythmia. Suggestions?

I had a holter monitor test done last week for 24 hours. There were a total of 99,328 beats. Basic rhythm was sinus ( I know that is good) Also, the P_R interval was normal and there was no atrial ectopy noted ( What does that mean?)
However, there were frequent PVC's - (6831 total) with periods of bigeminy. What does that mean?
No ventricular couplets or runs of ventricular tachycardia. I was diagnosed with Lown Class II ventricular dyshythmia. What does that mean? I am a female - age 62 in good health ( at least I think so) and very active. Max. heart rate was 150/min Min heart rate was 45/min and mean heart rate was 70/min. Would like to hear your impressions about my health. I am symptom free at this point in time. Thanks.

Cardiologist 's  Response
hi,
welcome to healthcaremagic,
i am a qualified cardiologist, i read your mail with diligence.
you have not mentioned why you did holter.
because if you have any symptoms of palpitations.
your report is otherwise normal.
lown grade II means less tthan 30 PVCs per hour.
if you are asymptomatic no need of treatment.
but evaluate for other cases of PVC .
