Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
You report symptoms of burning sensation in your stomach, diarrhea, vomiting, pain abdomen, for 2 weeks after which you had a seizure followed by headache.

From this, it sounds like you have had a gastrointestinal tract infection (?which was later treated in the hospital) which caused severe dehydration and electrolyte imbalance causing the seizure (i assume this is the first time you experienced seizures). Headache after seizures is very common, since it is continuing, to confirm whether it is migraine or not, you can find out by visiting a neurologist/psychiatrist in person. If diagnosed with migraine then you will be treated appropriately for that.

Currently you are experiencing burning sensation in your abdomen for which you need to consult a gastroenterologist.

Hope this helps,
Dr A Rao
