Had A Sore Feeling, Lump Seen In Labia. Didn't Have Sex. Problem?
Okay so I realized I had like a soreness in my vagina so I go feeling around and I find a medium sized lump on my inner right Labia. It's pretty red compared to the skin around it and it is swollen. I don't see any pimple or anything so I don't think it's an abscess. The only thing I've done today is kiss my boyfriend, it got a little heated but we didn't have sex or anything. Should I be worried ?
Any symptom occurring in the genital region warrants an STD screening in individuals who have had unprotected intercourse within the past few months. This is so because, std can take some time before producing symptoms.
Health is pre-requisite to day to day life and so in as much as you should not worry yourself, you should see a doctor for detail examination and tests and for appropriate diagnosis

Had A Sore Feeling, Lump Seen In Labia. Didn't Have Sex. Problem?
Hello, thanks for using health care magic Any symptom occurring in the genital region warrants an STD screening in individuals who have had unprotected intercourse within the past few months. This is so because, std can take some time before producing symptoms. However, there are a handful of other possible non std causes such as a bartholin abscess or bartholin cysts etc. Health is pre-requisite to day to day life and so in as much as you should not worry yourself, you should see a doctor for detail examination and tests and for appropriate diagnosis Best regards Dr Achuo
