Had Cervix Cauterized Due To Severe Bleeding. Why Do I Bleed After Sex?

I ve had my cervix cauterised due to constant bleeding during and after intercourse. I bleed everytime I have sex with my husband. He s covered I m covered. All Pap smears are normal and was not followed up with after all blood work and cauterization . Bad receptionist and moving province issues. Also we ve been trying for four years to conceive and have had no luck. Thank you for you time and help. Jamie Crombie

Hi Dear thanks for your question ,the most common cause for contact bleeding that is bleeding during or after sex is cervical erosion,for which you have been cauterized,your pap smear are normal means you don't have any pre cancerous lesion ,but erosion might still be there which bleeds during contact, and may need further cauterization get you self re examined for cervical erosion,Bad receptionist is not a problem ,you should have complained against her to hospital administration .For infertility,first get your husband investigated and if he is found to be normal then get your self completely investigated for infertility i hope i answered your question .for any further query your welcome back to health care magic
