Had Cold. Found Blood Sore And Rashes On Mouth. Suspect As Viral Infection. Concerned?

hi my daughter has had a cold for over 14 days now but today i had noticed one of her ears are very inflammmed and she also has red speckles of blood on the roof of her mouth looks very sore and rashy i went to the doctors today but didnt get much answers as i just got told its a virul infection any answers for me on what this is on the inside of her mouth of the top of her roof.

Thanks for asking the query,

Cold sores on the roof the mouth can be due to viral infections, i would suggest you to start with the antiviral drug, it will subside along with the infection.
Take lukewarm saline rinses and antiseptic mouthwash gargles to give soothing effect and promote healing.
Take rest and maintain a good oral hygiene.
