Had Dizziness. Diagnosed Vertigo. Now Have A Sore Head. Causes Of Vertigo?

I was hospitaslised a few weeks ago with severe dizziness which the doctors diagagnosed as vertigo. It lasted for a week or so then I felt much better for another week and today it is back again. Do you think this is in favct vertigo or should I be investigating it further. I have a very sore head, it feels as though someone has a vice attasched to it and I am feel quite dizzy again today.

You should get investigated get a xray para nasal sinus done and ent check up to rule out internal ear problem rest only can be told by correct examination in clinic.
If you were hospitalised they would have done certain studies like ct scan or x ray please give the details about them.
Try taking stemetil md tablets..
Also it can be a regular cervical spodylosis giving trouble.
