Had Heavy Bleeding After HCG Test Showed Positive For Pregnancy. Internal US Shows No Foetal Pole Or Yolk Sac. Have I Lost My Baby?

Hi, I had blood tests done 8/11/13 & hcg was 4500. The dr told me I should be approx 5 weeks. I had a very heavy period 16/10/13, so this didn't make sense to me. I just had an internal ultrasound which says I am 5weeks6days today 28/11/13. They couldn't find a foetus or yolk sac or foetal pole. They said there is poor decidual reaction around gestational sac. Could this be because it's too early? Or does it look like I've already lost my baby?

Hello!
Thank for your query.
Im sorry for you but the chance are very poor to continue the pregnancy.
You should do another HCG test after some days to see if the values are decreased or increased, and after one week you should do an ultrasound to see fetal cardiac activity is or not.
Take care of your self and do not be worried
