Had Hsg Done. Can Any Online Doctor Help In Reading The Result?
I had hsg done. Right tubes are patent with contrast spill into peritoneal space. How ever left tube distended ampulla ray and infundibular portion of the Fallopian tube with contrast with out spill suggestive mild to moderate hydrosalpinx. What does this mean?

According to HSG reports you have block in left fallopian tube and there is mild to moderate hydrosalpinx(dilated fluid filled fallopian tube).
Right fallopian tubes is patent and there is free spillage of contrast in right side.
You don't worry. Fertilization is possible in your case as you have patent right side.
