Hello,
Post mitral valve repair, you can go in for pregnancy now after clearance by your cardiologist.
A repaired mitral valve is generally safe as far as pregnancy goes, of course, there are various precautions and relative risks which will be discussed in concert with the Cardiologist and Obstetrician based on the severity of your disease, success of repair and other complications present in your case.
Also, do not delay your pregnancy, because with time, the condition will only worsen, and pregnancy would be more difficulty.
Have proper pre conceptional counselling with the obstetrician and cardiologist and all the best for your pregnancy.
