Furthermore unlike other surgeries, the tonsils are not removed by cutting open anything and then suturing. Tonsils are superficial structures and do not need any cutting technically to reach so what i am trying to explain is that the stitches are not to close a path made. They are only done for control of bleeding and in most of the cases the stitch falls off. Meanwhile, all these are only for your knowledge and not a solution to your problem. You need to stop meddling with the cut and consult an ENT immediately so that he can examine the cut and treat the same properly.
