Had Vaginal Hysterectomy Recently. Still Having Pains, Complications In Stomach, Bowels. When Will It Return To Normalcy?

I have had a hysterecomy over 5 months now. This surgery was done vaginal. It was the worst thing that has every happned to me. I am still suffering pain and complications in my stomach and bowels. How long will it take before I will feel normal again? My Vitamin B level dropped on top of all this. I have to get shots every 2 weeks, is this affected my the surgery or is it not related?

You have not mentioned about the indication for Vaginal hysterectomy, and also whether the post-operative period is significant or insignificant, all these things should be given in your history otherwise it is not possible to make the diagnosis and tell you the prognosis.
