Had Viral Fever, Epstein Barr Virus Infection, Blood Test And Bone Marrow Test Done, Anemia. Required Treatment?
hi, my son, 20 yrs., 2 months back he had viral fever. epstein bar virus infection. his platelets come down till 18,000. hb down 8.5, swollen lymph by that time, after one week he recovered from the symptoms. after blood test and bone marrow test doctors have diagnosed anemia. but now after two month platelets up til 45,000 and hb 10,6. any treatment is required ?
