Hi I'm just wondering if you could help me I have two children already just came off the implant and went to the pill missed it for a few days then took it for two days then missed a few days again and I've been having sexual intercourse and been having some symptoms like sore nipples bloating sickness day and night and dizziness now I've felt a lump on the right side of my abdomen well its not a lump it's more of a risen part that's hard when touched I'm worried could it be something serious? .
Hello madam, your history is incomplete, you did not mention about your age , your last menustral period date. Well i would suggest you to do a urine pregnancy test first to rule out pregnancy, as you are sexually active and irregular on your contraceptive pills. Also I would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist as an examination is required to know what kind of mass and to come to a diagnosis.hope I was helpful to you.
