Hard, Painful Swollen Lump Between Vagina And Leg. History Of Removal Of Bartholin Glands With Clusters Upto Buttocks. Serious?

I have hardness swollen lump that's very painful to sit on between my vagina entrance and my leg and pain goes back towards buttocks. There is a bump like pimple also between crease of leg and vagina. I had my left bartholin gland removed over ten years ago which was quite complicated with clusters up into my buttocks. Should I go to emergency room being its the 4rh tomorrow?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

According to your description, the lump you mentioned could be:
-Remenant of bartholin gland
-lymph node
As you are having severe pain, better to go to emergency room and get examined.
By examining the actual nature of the lesion can be made-out.
And you may need systemic and local antibiotics and analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs.
