Has Fever And Cold Feet. Altered Nap Time. Can This Be The Reason?

We are vacationing in Lake Tahoe from
Texas. Our 3 y/o played in the snow for the first time today. Tonight his body is very hot to the touch but his feet are cold. He fell asleep early...but he has also been dealing with the time change for five days and altered to no nap schedule. His urine has been light almost clear, so I'm
Not sure it's dehydration. Should we be worried? He is not sweating

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Take care of ---
Dehydration by giving him hot drinks like lukewarm milk etc.
Make the room hot in which you are staying and see for the body temperature if it is getting normaol then good, if not then you need to put warm clothes on him.
Let him sleep but take care that he is eating and his activities are normal.
Do monitor for urine output.
If in doubt do reply.
