Has Head, Mouth And Foot Disease. Why Are There Red Spots On Body?

I have a 7 year old daughter that is getting over hand , mouth and foot disease. She still has a red, bumpy throat but I noticed later last night that small, flat red dots are appearing on her shoulders, back, stomach and thighs. Today they have spread and are more numerous. She says they don t itch and are not bothering her. No fever felt with touch, but fever on onset of mouth, foot and hand disease.
