Hi, my fiancé is 22 has had a loss of appitite. A few days ago he started getting random headaches which he NEVER has head aches. The last couple days he has had diharea, still a loss of appitite and starting last night was going to the bathroom (diharea) about every two hours. Today is the same but less frequent diharea. Hi,
You should consult general physician for these symptoms .There are many causes of anorexia ( loss of appetite) which need to be ruled out.

He requires couple of blood tests , and stool routine study

If headache persists need to consult neuro physician and rule out meningitis and cerebral sinus thrombosis in this clinical settings

Meantime have plenty of fluids, 3 litres per day including juices and electrolyte to replenish the loss.
