My husband has reoccuring faint attacks. It seems to start with feeling faint and then he sweats profusely. He gets really dizzy and usually feels better after drinking water and eating some food. The spells seem to last anywhere from 10min to 60 min. During this time he sits down and waits for it to subside. He has rheumatoid arthritis, do you think these faint attacks could be related to the arthritus or could it be another issue altogeather? The other thing that happens frequently is cramps throughout his whole body. One minute its in his hands the next its in his legs, he even gets them in his stomach. Our family doctor has prescribed magnesium and qinate for this and that seems to help. But the thing that concerns me at the moment is the faint attacks. He is unsteady on his legs when this happens and would not be able to drive or do any activity while he is having a spell. You advice would be much appreciated. Kindest Regards, Elise Bradnam
