Have PCOS, Endometriosis, Follicular Cysts, Bloated, Bulky Ovary. Pelvic Ultrasound Done. Will It Get Better?

Hello. I have a question re: a pelvic US recently. I have had PCOS and endometriosis since I was 19. I have recently had to change dr's because of my insurance. My previous dr was one of the best, but this new dr I feel has missed some things.
I have recently had an US which showed a "bulky ovary", follicular cysts (which I know are common depending on which phase of your cycle you're in), cervical cysts which I have NEVER had before. I am in extreme pain even while not menses and feel bloating and pressure as well.
My question for you is: should I have a second opinion given these sxs, and I know a dx of a bulky ovary can sometimes be a precursor to ovarian CA.......

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Probably you are more concerned about cervical cysts. These are also called nabothian cysts and they are harmless. Nothing to worry about this.
Bloated feeling and pain in abdomen may due to other reasons.
Get ultrasound of whole abdomen and consult your surgeon .Bloated feeling may be associated with many conditions , exclude the causes.
Bulky ovaries may be cancerous in patients older than 50 years because normally ovaries shrink with age.It can be confirmed by USG and Blood tests.

Take Care
