Have T Cell Disorder At The Large Granular Lymphocytes, Feltys Disease, Chest Pain, Shoulder Pain. Had Chest X Ray. Will I Improve?

i have a t cell disorder at the large granular lympocytes and possible feltys disease not sure of exact name of the k cell disorder off hand . its a recent diagnosis. i have been having chest pains today which are quite painful but not specifically on the left side or shoulders. It is across the top of my chest , and under my breasts as well as the top of my back and travels up and down my sides. When i breathe in or out its like a sharp , stabbing pain in all these areas.
My Gp sent me for a chest xray this afternoon but it came back clear. hes given me antibiotics and iv taken two but after most of today with the same pain , it should have improved?
