Hi frequent blisters on the mole can be cancerous sign.hence do a biopsy to confirm that it is not a cancerous change.after the confirmation if it is benign it can be granuloma pyogenicum which can be treated by electrocautery .if it is cancerous consult a oncologist for further treatment
