I have a large cluster of very painful pimples that have appeared over last couple of days all in pubic region i had been using an ointment that in same area for a wart trying to remove it, it did shrink but now that is very red swollen and painful as well never had any pain from it before doctor that looked at it said was nothing to worry about just (wart) but the painful pimple like area i can pop and some puss does come out but they reform have used peroxide in area after popping and tried hot compress nothing seems to be working and entire area is swollen now not just one small section
