Have An Irritated Meatus, Mild Allergic Reaction To Latex.
I have had an irritated meatus for over a month (around 40 days) I had been having sex previous to that and have a mild allergic reaction to latex (or spermacide) that was on 7-20ish-2013. (Contacted female again to confirm she was tested negative for sti-d s) since then I have been seeing a girl and have been having protected sex since around 9-2 she also recently was tested negative for std s (although have had skin to skin contact). i asked a friend who is a dr. Told me to try a cream for jock itch so I did, about a week in I noticed red small circles, about the size of a tip of a pen, around the bottom of my glan (3-4 of them) and one I had 2 weeks earlier on foreskin that dried away in a week(I am cut) one went away in a day the others persist for going on 6 days. I have plaque and raindrop psoriasis , and am wondering if the cream could have created this problem. I have also been very itchy on wrists and ankles at night but I tend to take long showers so I assumed it could be from that. I am 27 and more or less healthy. Any suggestions? I have looked up pictures such as herpes warts etc nothing looks close. Thank you for your help.
Hi, Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic. I suggest you to apply a petrolatum jelly for relief from the irritation. And testing for STD will not rule out the disease completely as there usually a window period in which it is difficult to find out the problem. I suggest you to screen for STDs after clinical examination by the doctor. And I suggest you not to indulge in unhealthy and unprotected sexual practices. Hope I have answered your query, if you have any clarification please let me know. Regards.
