Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in your back is likely to be due to a muscle spasm in the area. It is commonly seen due to a bad posture, improper bedding, stress, etc. Hot fomentation, pain killers, muscle relaxants, etc usually provide relief for short term.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
