Have Been Getting Dizzy Spells Along With Bit Nausea. No Medication Or Test Till Now. What Could Be The Cause?

I am getting dizzy spells for the past two days. I first noticed it while in bed. I awoke and lifted my head to see the clock and everything spun for about 5 seconds. This happened twice again and then when i got out of bed to go to the gym. At the gym it happened again twice. It has been the same last night and today. I do feel a bit nauseous but that may be because I haven't eaten today.

Hi,

Not eating is a common cause of the symptom you are having. This is happening because you might be hypoglycemic. This hypoglycemia will cause you to get weakness and thus have symptoms like this. What you can do is to make sure you eat sufficient food at appropriate times.

Another cause can be decreased blood volume which can cause you to feel dizzy when you get up all of a sudden. Thus, you should hydrated as often as possible. I hope this helps you.
