Have Bulging Arm Veins That Seem To Disappear In Rural Environment. Help

Hi, I have bulging arm veins that seem to disappear when I leave the city and stay in rural environments, but they also reduce after bowel movements. A physician recently told me I may have Canidida and we are awaiting tests. Could these be connected and does the bulging veins have anything to do with high hydrogen sulfide levels?

you please consult CARDIOLOGIST to rule out any CVS condition.Constipation may precipitate because of abdominal distension.I do not think it is any thing to do with Candida.
