Have Chest Pain. EKG And Echo Normal. Difficulty Breathing Through Nose

What is my cause of chest pain if y ekg and echo are both normal? My doctor said it was just muscular/skeletal but i m really having doubts.... sometimes i have a hard time breathing through my nose like there s something blocking the inside of my nose and i cant breath. When i exercise too hard, i have painful breathes..

Thanks for posting your query.
Your doctor may be right, your chest pain may be due to muscle sprain & strain as you exercise hard which causes stress on muscle, you may confirm it by pressing painful area if it feels tender then it is musckuloskeletal.
You can take acetoaminophen/naproxen/diclofenic to relieve pain.
If you want to be sure then visit your doctor and get chest x-ray to exclude any lung disease.
