Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having osteoartheritis changes in your vertebral column.
Due to this changes there might be stretching or irritation of nerves giving you this problem of back pain and restricted movement.
Go for x-ray lumbo sacral region and find out the changes of osteo- artheritis.
Go for physiotherapy and back extension exercise after consulting orthopedic surgeon.
Ok and take care.
