Have Crusted Scabies. Sore On Tongue And Gums. Treatment?

I am almost 99 percent positive I have crusted scabies I have no health insurance and can't see my privates physician as j have a balance on account . How can I treat myself ? Also I have a sore on my tongue and all around my gums had been inclammrd like something is between my gums and my teeth I am clean shower brush teeth etc Ty dr

Hello,
Sore tongue and gums may arise due to-aphthous ulcers.
I would advice you to take plenty of water and fluids.
Nutritious diet has to be taken.
Vitamin becosules,c,supplements has to be administered.
There may be plaque deposition in between your teeth.
To remove this,I would suggest you to get your teeth cleaned.
Use chlorhexidine mouthrinse to gargle.
