Have Deep Bone Bruise With Bone Marrow Involvement In Ankle And Talus. What To Do?
I fell have a deep bone bruise with bone marrow involvement in ankle and talus had previous surgery same area very painful have cam boot this is right ankle also were brace left leg had knee surgery no cartlidge need knee replaement cannot wear both braces any sugestions thank you

Hi there.
A deep wound of such nature requires complete rest and immobilisation with a plaster /cast.
Bone deep wounds require rest for a minimum of 6 weeks of complete immobilisation.
During the last 3 weeks you can walk though with the help of a walking cast.
Take anti inflammatory medications and calcuim to enhance the healing process.
